Introduction

---

  자율주행자동차 연구와 관련하여 Cityspaces Dataset을 다운 받을 수 있습니다. 홈페이지에서 다운 받는 데이터셋은 도시 시내(거리)의 장면에 대해 분석을 위한 데이터 입니다.  홈페이지에 나와있는 특징을 조금 정리해보도록 하겠습니다.

Dataset을 확인해보아야 정확히 알겠지만, 스테레오 매칭(stereo matching) 및 객체검출(object detection)을 하기위해 필요한 데이터셋이 있겠죠?

30개의 클래스(classes) 정의된다고 나와있습니다. 

 

 

 

클래스 정의 설명아래 아래와 같은 문구가 작성되어있습니다. 

* Single instance annotations are available. However, if the boundary between such instances cannot be clearly seen, the whole crowd/group is labeled together and annotated as group, e.g. car group.

+ This label is not included in any evaluation and treated as void (or in the case of license plate as the vehicle mounted on).

이에 대해, ground truth 측정을 할 때, labeling 되어 있는 부분을 잘 확인하고 계산을 해야 할 것 같네요.

Volume

• 5 000 annotated images with fine annotations (examples)

• Preceding and trailing video frames. Each annotated image is the 20th image from a 30 frame video snippets (1.8s)
• Corresponding right stereo views
• GPS coordinates
• Ego-motion data from vehicle odometry
• Outside temperature from vehicle sensor

• Pixel-level semantic labeling

• 50개의 도시에 대해 아래의 Dataset을 수집
• 계절 : 봄, 여름, 가을 
• 주간 시간 때 촬영시, (날씨는 맑음/흐림)
• GPS, vehicle odometry,차량 외부 온도 측정
• Labeling policy 를 살펴보면, 오류를 줄이기 위해 hole 에 대한 처리를 진행해두었습니다.

Dataset을 Download를 하기위해서는 먼저 홈페이지에서 회원가입을 수행해야 합니다.

데이터를 다운 받기위해서는 용량이 어마어마 할 것 같네요...

 

• camera calibration dataset
• 정답 데이터(ground truth)
• demo video
• vehicle odometry, gps coordinates, temperature 등에 대한 데이터도 잘정리되어있습니다. 

 

 

그 외에도 많은 데이터 셋이 계속 추가되어 있습니다. (foggy, rain) 등에 대한 악천후 데이터 셋도 있으니, 종종 추가되는 데이터셋도 확인하면 좋지 않을까 합니다. 

저도 데이터셋들 정리하여 하나씩, 실험시작하도록 해야겠네요..^^
